GALLERY OF WORKS - INTERACTIVE FICTION WITH UNS
Welcome to our collection of interactive stories created by our students using Twine! Twine is a free, open-source tool for telling non-linear, interactive stories—like a digital “choose your own adventure” book. It allows students to explore creative writing, logical thinking, and digital storytelling all in one.
Through this project, students planned branching plots, wrote engaging scenes, and connected their ideas using interactive links. Each story is unique and shaped by the reader’s choices. The students had been working in this project for three months, so we hope you enjoy exploring the worlds they’ve imagined!

Thomas’ Bizarre Trip is a surreal horror-comedy adventure that follows a reluctant teen and his eccentric Uncle Dave as they stumble into a world of cryptids, cursed forests, haunted diners, and malfunctioning memories. Over the course of nine increasingly unhinged chapters, they uncover conspiracies, confront monsters both real and personal, and try (poorly) to make sense of an unraveling reality. Along the way, they’re aided by a cryptid nerd, a veggie man, a ghost stuck in a cabin, and one very judgmental cosmic cook. In the end, the only way out is through—and probably involves fire, old regrets, and one final bad decision.
Also, never trust a forest that whispers your name… especially if it also asks if you’ve “tried turning your trauma off and on again.”
